"Miss Alessia in front desk was very friendly and helpful. She connect us with Whatsup, said many times “no worry” with smile, arranged taxi for our early morning departure, and prepare our breakfast in a box. Once meeting a hotel staff like Alessia as if we had a daughter in Italy, we really felt home. Highly recommended everyone to this hotel. Thanks so much for what you did for us, Alessia!"

"An authentic and beautiful late 19th-century Italian mansion, fully restored and transformed into a luxury hotel. It offers an elegant yet cozy atmosphere, nestled in the heart of the Chianti wine region—a perfect place to relax while exploring the charming surroundings.
As if that weren’t enough, the hotel’s restaurant features a Michelin-star-level menu.
Great experience. I highly recommend it."

"Perfect location in Siena, with soft, comfortable beds, cool air conditioning, and nice showers. Breakfast was yummy and provided a wonderful beginning to our day! No elevator, so I had to carry bags up several flights of stairs."
"We stayed at this property for 4 nights at the end of June with our 2 teenage daughters in the 2 bedroom apartment named Cipresa (Cypress). We all loved our stay here, the grounds were lovely, the pool was so clean and refreshing and the location was perfect for what were were looking for after 4 busy days in Florence. The ability to have laundry access was also very helpful. Parking was convenient, it was easy to either walk into Siena (very safe and about 20 min) or the front desk can call you taxi for about 12 euros. It was a little harder to get a taxi home after 9pm so we typically taxied in and then walked back for dinner. The employees were all absolutely wonderful and so helpful with dinner suggestions and even called and made some reservations for us. We would stay here agin without a second thought."
"Great Siena spot just on outskirts of the historic city. Easy uphill walk to the main sites and dinning options. Room was excellent. Breakfast very good. On site parking was essential. Staff all pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed a wine on the terrace to watch an amazing thunder storm rolling around for over an hour."
"The location was nice and beds very comfortable. Only complaint is the way the lighting was set up on our room. You could not have light to use the bathroom unless you turned on the main lighting in the room which was very bright for everyone. We talked with another couple staying in the hotel and that was their only problem too. I always pack a small flashlight and would recommend ."
"Staff was very nice
Breakfast was good
Front hotel staff is always there
When we came back after 12am
Hotel front staff was there so I feel safe in this hotel"
"We have always loved staying ar Ravizza (since the 1980s). We like the rooms, the food, anf the view from the rear terrace every afternoon is completely unbeatable in Tuscany. However, the terrace has been invaded by weeds, and the general state of maintenance could use a littke more extra attention."
"Hotel Italia was an absolute gem. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they understood we were tired from traveling with teens and even nailed a salon recommendation that turned out to be the best hair wash of my life, just minutes from the hotel. Our room was spotless, quiet, and the A/C worked perfectly; we didn’t hear a sound from neighbors or stair traffic. The location is a sweet spot — only 5 to 10 minutes from the tourist sights, yet tucked in a local neighborhood with bakeries and grocery stores, giving us that refreshing, peaceful feeling of being disconnected from the tourist rush. Breakfast was amazing, and the little teen-approved Duomo and gelato challenges made exploring even more fun. Bottom line: we’d come back and stay here again in a heartbeat. For anyone visiting Siena, Hotel Italia at Porta Camollia gives you that perfect “live like a local” buffer before diving into the Duomo and Piazza del Campo — and if you need a salon, just ask reception; their pick is solid."
"Mycket fräsch lägenhet, precis bredvid rulltrappan upp till centrum. Toppbetyg på rummen, men lite krångligt med incheckning i annat hus och väntan på värden i värmen."
"The hotel is in a great location. In walking distance for all sightseeing.
We had a rental car, so parking was about 15 minutes away. You need to be careful about driving into a ZTL (traffic zones), which could result in a fine. (We did not realize this.)
Hotel staff informed us of where to park and which streets to avoid the ZTL.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room did not work very well and it was very warm at night.
Loved the area. Would stay here again."
