Bon une nuit pour un voyageur de passage.

Hôtel isolé loin de tout. Personnel pas sympathique du tout. Le ménage n'était pas fait après l'avant-midi et même fait, les serviettes n'ont pas été changées une seule fois en trois jours. Le pain au petit-déjeûner n'était plus frais depuis longtemps. Par contre, confort moderne.

Unpleasant experience

I was not at all happy with this “hotel.” The room was very small, the bathroom ridiculously tiny. The soap they gave was the size of a postage stamp. The breakfast was awful. The bed in this tiny room practically took up the entire room and was just a piece of foam that sagged all over. I could not get a decent nights sleep. I have never complained about a place I stayed...but this should not have received more than a 1or 2 star. The receptionist on the first night was very unfriendly and acted like we annoyed her by checking in.

ottimo soggiorno

hotel trovato in internet, mi serviva un punto di appoggio per visitare Siena, devo ammettere che è stata una buona soluzione, staff eccellente, fornito mappa città e indicazioni su dove parcheggiare e mangiare, stanza pulita, silenzio nonostante si trovi a ridosso di una strada molto trafficata.

Right in town

This is a nice, historic hotel right in the oldest area of Sovana. It was a little hard to find, with check in at one spot and the hotel in another, but the neighbors were helpful. There is not an elevator and we ended up at the top of 50 steps with a small curved stairwell. There is not help with luggage either so if you have a lot of bags or need assistance, this is not the place for you! The room we had was updated, comfortable and clean with a good AC. Breakfast was your basic buffet with pastry choices, yogurt, cereal, and salami. What I did like was that we were right in the historic area, steps from everything we wanted to see. The little town had a lot of character. It was nice to step out of the hotel and stroll to the wine shop, restaurants and sites.

good hotel just outside of Siena town center

Very good location and supermark chain store closeby. The family room was a bit small but managed to contain 2 adults and 2 children. Free parking was ample. The big plus was WiFi speed was the fastest among all the hotels we stayed (5 hotels). It supported us to have at least 2 person watching netflix movies. The drawback was no free breakfast for us and the cost for breakfast was a bit high(8 euro for each person, even children and you have to reserve it a night before). We didnt like Siena much though compared with the rest of Tuscany (for example, Volterra was much nicer).

Palio stay

Reasonabale lication and price for access to Siena for Palio. Had free parking which was good. Beds were pretty hard but overall ok for what we needed it for. Not much right around it but easy access to highway

Ottima location per soggiornare vicino Siena. Luogo tranquillo e a dieci minuti dal centro di Siena, 30 minuti da Monteriggioni. Insomma il top per vivere al meglio la città con un budget giusto

Buona struttura pulita e silenziosa

Buona esperienza, personale gentile e professionale. La struttura è silenziosa e pulita. La camera, non molto grande, è molto accogliente con buoni servizi. La posizione della struttura è buona vista la vicinanza alla statale ma il centro è raggiungibile in 5-10 minuti. Ottimo il parcheggio riservato.

Great mid range hotel

This hotel is a few kilometers away from Siena center so a car is handy but there is a bus stop right there also. Very good breakfast, very quiet, fairly spare but we were very satisfied.

Impossibile pretendere di più da un albergo per quel prezzo! Alle porte di Siena, facilmente raggiungibile in bus, comodo parcheggio interno, personale gentile, pulito, camere senza "fronzoli", ma dotate dell'indispensabile. Raccomandabile.

fint uden at være særligt,venligt personale.Der var temmelig langt fra hotel til seværdigheder og ingen off. transport, oplyst 2,5 km til centrum, det var rigtigt men man kunne ikke gå ad vejen.

nice quiet location on outskirts of town

The hotel was in a nice wooded lot just outside of town. The staff were very helpful, and the parking great... but to get to Siena, you needed to take a car or a bus.. it was too long to walk.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel

Verbrachten 2 Nächte in dem Hotel. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet für 2€ war hervorragend. Für jedes Zimmer stand ein kostenloser Parkplatz innerhalb des Hotelgeländes zur Verfügung.
