Incredible apartment with the best view in Siena
Don’t be intimidated by the stairs! We are late sixties and no problem. And the view is totally worth it! Sunrises with pastries from around the corner and drip coffee from the well equipped kitchen in the morning and sunsets with chianti in the evenings. Siena is one of the most welcoming places we have been and it begins with Nicollo! Grazie Siena!

Beautiful apartment very well located in Siena. Host, Niccolo greeted us upon arrival and did a wonderful job introducing us to the apartment and the stunning views from the balconies. If you are coming to Siena for a stay you should consider staying here. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment. View was amazing of Siena and Tuscan countryside. Short walk to the piazza. Apartment has been remodeled and in excellent condition. And it was big! Has. 4 separate sleeping areas, though room off terrace is not air conditioned. Niccolo was available If we needed assistance. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Amazing apartment, excellent host!
This apartment is spectacular, even better than the pictures. It is clean, well appointed and comfortable. The views are truly one of a kind. And Nicco was wonderful. He was a gracious host and very helpful during our stay. We will definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends. We look forward to returning to Siena and staying here again. No better views of Siena!
There is no better view of Siena than from the rooftop and kitchen terraces! Niccolo was a gracious host and this apartment exceeded our expectations, as the pictures do not do it justice. The bedrooms are comfortable with nearby bathrooms. The kitchen is fairly large, very well equipped and with enough room to accommodate our cooking class one night! Although not traditional in Italy, we missed having a microwave and American style coffee maker. The washing machine in the kitchen closet area was very handy. The location cannot be beat. We walked every day to all the sights in Siena including the Siena Cathedral, Piazza del Campo, Plazzo Pubblico, Torre del Mangia, Biblioteca Piccolomini, Siena National Gallery and many more within a 10 minute walk. In fact we could walk to almost every neighborhood (called Contrades) in Siena within 20 minutes! There is a steep climb up three flights of stairs to the apartment, but after a few trips it is simply good exercise and well worth it for the views. There is a very well stocked market only a couple of minutes walk for everything you need for food and drink on your own, additionally there are literally hundreds of restaurants within walking distance as well. We highly recommend this apartment if your travels take you to Siena.

Amazing apartment in a fantastic location!
This apartment is AMAZING....2 minute walk to grocery store, gelato, pizza, five minute walk to the Piazza del Campo and all it's restaurants and shops. The view is spectacular. The apartment is completely re-done and the best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in, absolutely anything you might need is there for your use. The host was very responsive and such a nice man! We will be back!

Such a perfect location! Siena is our favorite Italy spot and this was a perfect apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room. The views are spectacular. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment in Siena city center
Siena is a magical city. The apartment is very nicely appointed and spacious. The rooftop patio was a gem with wonderful views of Siena. The location of the apartment is perfect -- Siena is a very walkable city inside the city walls. The location of the apartment makes easy access for taxi pick up and drop off when you arrive from or return to the train station. One of the charms of the apartment is that it is on the 3rd floor. But that comes with a small cost of going up many many stairs. If I ever have the good fortune to return to Siena, I would stay in this apartment.

Everything in this experience was perfect. Great communication before and during the rental with the property owner; the apartment was better than the pictures portrayed and the location could not have been better! Would stay here again and again!

What a view!
We (two couples) thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely VRBO for 5 nights. Although we did not cook, the kitchen seemed to be well equipped. All rooms were nicely decorated with pleasant furnishings, and we were quite impressed with what seemed to be a recent renovation; even the windows were quality. The view from the upper patio was spectacular and unparalleled for evening wine time. The location provided walking distance to most tourist areas, restaurants, grocery stores. It was a bit sad to leave! (One note: the beautiful, but uneven marble stairs up to this apartment are a bit challenging. We might hesitate to stay here if we were quite elderly. Otherwise this is a wonderful VRBO.)

Lovely rooftop patio in central location to main square
This clean and well appointed apartment was perfect for 2 couples spending 2 nights in Siena. Location was excellent for wandering the town, getting to the main Piazza for dinner and a concert, and exiting the city walls to rent bikes from Siena Bike Shop. Rooftop was our favourite of the whole trip for a pastry breakfast, before dinner drinks, and late night Limoncello shots and card game. This place really satisfies!!

Amazing stay - our favorite in Italy!!
If you get lucky enough to stay here you will see the most amazing view that is breathtaking all day long. Of course the apartment itself is beautiful and comfortable. We loved walking to everything and Niccolo was a delight!

This is a superb location! Well worth the climb up the stairs, has to be one of the best views of , and in the city!! Easy to walk everywhere. 5 minutes taxi from train station. Three good bedrooms, two bathrooms, everything very clean. Lots of essential items, incredible terrace and also balcony!!! Very well equipped kitchen . Also some kitchen staples , washer and place to hang clothes to dry. Had a wonderful stay!

What a View!
We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s updated and has everything you need. After being in Italy for a week prior to going to Siena, the washer was a life safer. The view from the two balconies is amazing. Gorgeous sunsets overlooking El Campo. The property owner contacted us ahead of time and promptly met us at the property. Although it wasn’t a big deal for us, renters should be aware that there is no parking near the property. You are not allowed to even stop to unload luggage. You have to park at a public garage that is a 15 minute walk and costs 36 euros per day. It’s not an easy walk as it is a steep climb, especially with luggage. Siena is a beautiful city and we would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of visiting.

Breathtaking view of Siena and surrounding countryside
Fabulous place to stay close to the city centre with stunning rooftop view of Siena and the surrounding countryside. Our family of 5 loved this apartment. Pictures do not do it justice. Host was helpful and responsive, apartment was clean and well appointed. We happened to be there close to the bi-annual horse race and got to see them practice in the morning and the city came alive. Great base for day trips to Florence and wine tasting in the Magnificent Tuscan countryside. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Can’t imagine a better place to stay in Siena.
We’ve been to many vacation rental properties and Niccolo’s is by far the best. He personally met us at the apartment provided an orientation. He also checked in on us to make sure how we were enjoying the property. You no longer need to look at other Siena properties, you’ve found the best!

This apartment was absolutely wonderful! A very comfortable modern look, absolutely stunning view, with good beds, very well equipped kitchen. A very nice touch was the welcome gift of past and cookies, as well as free to use bottles of oil, vinegar, sugar, and free shampoo and shower gels in each of the two modern bathrooms. We loved eating upstairs on the balcony looking over the city. No elevator, but absolutely adorable stone stairs and killer views. Better than on top of the cathedral! Definitely a five star stay!

Beautiful top floor apartment with view breathtaking city views from rooftop deck
Our family of four, including two teenagers stayed in mid-July and loved it! There are City views from the kitchen, living and dining room areas. The apartment is very well appointed and comfortable. The finishes are high quality. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and meals if you chose to stay in. The roof top deck has one of the best views the city. This was confirmed by a local friend who mentioned roof top decks are rare. The main piazza is a five minute walk but the street is quiet day and night. If there is noise the quality windows eliminate most of it. Each room has an AC unit and kept the apartment very comfortable even in July. We look forward to staying here on our next visit. Niccoló always responded quickly when we had questions.

Beautiful apartment, great view, terrific location
This was our first trip to Tuscany and staying at the apartment made it especially memorable. Beautiful apartment, fully furnished with an outstanding top shelf patio with a panoramic view of Siena. Very peaceful. The management was spot on, communications were outstanding and we wanted for nothing. This is a tremendous apartment.

One of the best parts of our recent visit to Siena was watching the sunrises and sunsets from Niccolo's rooftop deck, giving great orientation views of the city. The apartment was comfortable, the water hot and plentiful, and pleasantly convenient to shops. Just down the street from the Campo! The walking was wonderful. Scott Warthin, Vermont, USA.

The best apartment ever with views to die for!
The apartment is fantastic both in location, close to Piaza de Campo, but also the quality of fittings and cleanliness. The living areas can be closed off from the bedrooms and both the living level and roof terrace enjoy views across to the City but also to the Tuscan countryside beyond. The bathrooms and kitchen have modern well presented fittings and there is everything needed for an enjoyable stay. To enjoy the views the apartment is accessed via several flights of good stairs which are not for the partially mobile. But well worth the climb. The owner corresponds in a friendly and timely way with great flexibility. All combined this is the best apartment we have stayed in anywhere around the world!

Tolle Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Es gibt einen Balkon sowie eine große Terasse, von wo aus man den fantastischen Blick über die Stadt genießen kann. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (viele Schränke, bequeme Betten, komplett ausgestattete Küche, um nur Einiges zu nennen...). Niccolò ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der uns mit vielen Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele versorgt hat und der bei Fragen immer erreichbar war. Wir kommen wieder!
