Nicely located within walking distance to all. However, the hotel is old & I had the worst room with urinal scent every morning from bathroom sink, TV was not working & had the dirtest rugs ever! Had to lay down towels to step on them. Super friendly staff.

Comfortable stay.
I’m very happy with what King Rock has to offer, staff is very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Good location, walking distance to Pub Street and the old market. Property itself is pretty good, spacious room, clean enough but could be better. But I did have some mosquito issue, I hope they find a way to improve it.

Accommodating Hotel in the middle of Siem Reap
We had a lovely stay at King Rock Boutique Hotel. We were only at Siem Reap for the weekend and the hotel was a great highlight of our trip. Our driver, Mr. Sopha, was waiting for us at the airport at the scheduled time and took us to the hotel in his tuk tuk. Check in was easy, quick and informative. I get nervous at small hotels like this where sometimes the staff can be overbearing, however the staff here was delightful. They were helpful and kind but also gave us our space and let us relax. For a small fee, we easily arranged transport to and around Angkor Wat with the hotel (they even provided us with water bottles and wet towels) as well as anything else we needed. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. The bathroom was really great too. My only note was that it was odd that the only mirror in the room was inside the bathroom. Would've been great to have had a vanity desk or another mirror in the room itself. Breakfast was basic and decent for the price, and even with a set menu they were still great about giving additional items or customizing our meals. Location is great; near ATMs, Supermarkets, Restaurants and close enough to Pub Street/Night Market without being around all the noise. The pool, albeit small, was great and relaxing. The food and drinks were great! Overall we had a very pleasant stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Charming hotel in Siem Reap
A friend recommended King Rock to me, and it was a great recommendation. The hotel is very comfortable and stylish, with incredibly nice staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and tea, coffee, bottled water are all provided in the room. Breakfast is included and is quite good, with fresh fruit in addition to whatever you order. The location is very nice—easy walking distance to the heart of Siem Reap with pub street and the night market. There’s a spa across the street that’s very good as well, and restaurants close by. The hotel provided me with a tuk tuk driver both for pickup/drop off at the airport and to take me to and around the Temples at Angkor, which I appreciated very much. It made logistics very easy. The only drawback is that the hotel walls aren’t very soundproof, so if you’re a light sleeper I’d recommend ear plugs.

very nice hotel close to town center warm staff
We felt very comfortable with the warm welcome and accommodation. The staff was very honest about the condition of our room (that the mosquitoes were not totally eliminated) and so we had fun using the mosquito snapper. We had very good conversations with many of the staff. They were all very helpful in answering our questions about our plans for the temple and city tours. We so adore our tuktuk driver, Mr. Samol. He had lots of information about the temples and the city. He was such a good tour guide as well.

The bast hotel we were
The hotel is a Boutique hotel.we were stay for, 3 nights and didnt want to leave. A driver came to pick up us from airport for free. Amazing Design of hotel, lobby, pool and breakfast Area. The Serviced is super-5stars. Very nice and kind people. The reception officers help us with information. When we arrived the upgraded us to an amazing room with balcony and decorate our room with honeymoon decoration with leaves- it was very beautiful. We Took a tuk tuk driver from hotel with name Sunny and he was very nice and the price is like you take outside no expensive at all. The hotel is 5 min walking from pub Street and night Market and 2 steps from hotel there are good resturans which are rated in the top 5 in trip advisor. The breakfast was very good- you choose from a menu amarican or asia and it Comes with eggs/omlet/benedict/omlet, coffee and tea, fruits, and juice. Coffee is free from pool Bar all the day. The manager is very nice and also the stuff Thank you!!

Exceeding Experience in King Rock
We arrived hotel at mid night staff are ready for warm welcome. The welcome drinks was provided next day. helpful staff and smile, large bathroom and cleaned. They help us to booked the flight ticket for very good price ever. only $15 can take a private tuk tuk driver to caring you whole day. Staff strong enough for their job, everyone knew my name. feel like my home. Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again next time.

Nice boutique hotel close to central area
I stayed four nights in this hotel and the staff is lovely. They had kindly upgraded my room. The room was clean and modern with a nice balcony. I. Its 5 mins away from the pub street and close to popular restaurant ie Damnak Wat Cuisine and the Haven.

Excellent value - excellent property. Great condition - friendly staff. Food was good (nothing amazing and coffee was just alright) but good. Two small points about the shower - it took a long time for water to get hot, and because it was an open-style shower - the cold air con in room diminished any warmth that did accumulate. Otherwise - great place and value for money!

Fantastic Hotel
Stayed here for 3 nights and my flight came in pretty late. There was a tuk tuk from the hotel waiting for me at the airport. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in a great location, about a 5-10 minute walk to the market and pub street just across the river. The room was very nice and clean, big comfortable bed overlooking the pool. The pool itself was great nice and fresh and right next to the restaurant which I only had breakfast in and was good. They organized a tuk tuk driver for me to go to the temples, Mr. Samoll who was absolutely amazing! Overall my experience with the King Rock was perfect and I would definitely stay there again!

Looking out for you and your experience
From booking to check-out, the King Rock Boutique Hotel offered impeccable service. I had issues with my flight, which would have caused me to lose my first night. I contacted the hotel via Facebook and within 30 minutes they responded. I asked if I could transfer my first night and they happily amended this for me which prevented me from paying for a night I wasn't going to be there. They had a free (I recommend tipping $1-$2) airport tuk-tuk driver pick me up at the airport. Once I arrived, the staff was super friendly and made sure to answer any questions. They upgraded my room, which was exquisite and comfortable (super soft bed, clean, spacious, cold A/C, a huge soaking tub, and cable TV). The pool was peaceful and had cool water. They offered reasonably priced tours to the temples and prepared breakfast for the sunrise at Angkor Wat (as long as you notify them before 10PM). My tuk-tuk drivers, Somer and Yort, were both extremely friendly. Somer laughs and smiles alot and Yort is really knowledgable about the temples and history. I highly recommend either of them. The concierge saved me $40 by recommending me to go with an affiliated tour company instead of with the hotel to Kompong Pluk. Since I was a single traveler it would be really expensive for me to get a boat at the village. Unfortunately, this meant Yort, my tuk-tuk drive, would not have work for that day, so I took him to lunch and talked about Cambodia and its culture - a great learning experience.

Very nice stay I'd definitely recommend this hotel. The only issues were WIFI wasn't very good and the level of English spoken by the staff made communication difficult sometimes. But all in all a nice hotel

Great spot to explore Siem Reap
The hotel is very attractive and modern without being cold. The delicious breakfast was a great way to start the day and the pool was a great break from the afternoon heat. The hotel is conveniently located to the main area for restaurants and tourist activities. There were quite a few mosquitoes in the room but the front desk gave us a "bug racket" when asked - this quickly helped get rid of them (and was fun too). Overall a great stay and would recommend to others.

Le personnel est aimable et souriant, très bon accueil. Les serviettes de toilette changées tous les jours (très agréable vu la chaleur et la poussière de siem reap ). La décoration de la chambre est sympa, en revanche les tapis ne sont pas très propres . L'hôtel est bien situé près du centre ville. Les points à améliorer : le sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas et qui est remplacé 3 jours après, le bruit de la climatisation. Les quantités servies au petit déjeuner varient de jour en jour, la carte indique que les jus de fuit sont frais et ce n'est pas toujours le cas. Pas de prise usb dans la chambre, la salle de sport précisée sur le site n'existe plus. 1 seule clé de chambre pour 3 personnes pas pratique.

1人での滞在だったので、安さ重視で選びました。お部屋は広めなのでコスパは良いですが、せっかくアンコールワットに来たのなら5つ星ホテルに泊まった方が楽しめそうと思いました。リゾート感はなかったので。

雖然有d甩漏但職員非常用心解決
房間環境舒適，設備齊全，但有很多蚊子，不過職員態度非常友善，盡力幫我們解決問題 早餐好簡單但尚算不錯，環境都好好，但地下房間一出去就有水池，會比較惹蚊或小昆蟲

최고의 위치와 친절함에 반했습니다
3일동안 킹록에 묵었습니다. 직원 분 모두 너무나 친절하셨고 체크아웃 후에 거의 밤 10시까지 가방을 맡겨놓고 투어하고 나서 비행기를 탈 계획이었는데 샤워할 수 있도록 배려해 주셔서 너무나 감사했습니다. 1분 거리에 맛있는 식당. 편의점이 있어 편리했고 펍스트릿도 걸어서 10분이 채 안 걸리는 거리에 있어 좋습니다. 강추합니다~^^

조용하진 않지만 편안한호텔
주변에 팝스트리드가 있고..연말이라그런지 클럽에서 음악소리가 밤새도록 드렸다..그러나 위치며 객실상태도 좋았고 직원들이 아주 친절해서 좋았던 호텔

服務專業，態度親切，對客人關心有安排機場接機。近市中心，行十分鐘就到暹粒夜市。住宿體驗中，早餐可以再有多一點選擇就更加好。

My money was stalen within 30 min
30 minutes after my arrival my whole money was stolen when I was a the reception and wanted to get some information. Also a view days later my luggage was scanned again and it looked like the stuff had a coffee and snack in my room.

Great location and friendly staff. Very helpful. The room for 3 pax was spacious. Aircon was a little noisy, but worked great! :)
