"What a truly wonderful experience! We booked in for a whole week here for my 50th birthday and to see Angkor Wat - it was such a great decision. Slightly outside of town, we were able to completely cut off from the chaos and heat of Siem Reap and the temples and truly relax here. With a pool big enough to accommodate multiple groups of visitors, the staff went above and beyond to help us. From breakfast in the morning, to snacks in the afternoon and being greeted ‘welcome home’ every evening after a visit to town, the staff here make this place! The ride into town was around $2-$3, but the staff will also organise a driver and air conditioned van for any longer trips, or day hire. The food from the courtyard restaurant was tasty and fresh but didn’t carry the price tag of a 5 star stay. The spa services were great, with all of the adults indulging in a massage or two. On my birthday, I was treated to a Happy Birthday sign in freshly picked flowers on my freshly made bed and birthday cake with accompanying song sung by staff. Overall, our experience was wonderful!"

"I stayed in one of the “jungloo” rooms. It was kinda like a very nice yurt. Amenities were good, room was comfortable. Climate control was good. The plunge pool was absolutely amazing. A small concrete tub about four feet deep - VERY nice. I highly recommend this hotel. Only downside is that it’s slightly off the beaten path but transportation is easy to find. Upside is that it’s far enough from the pub zone that you can find peace here. I can’t imaging being CLOSER to that area at night. I could hear the thumping bassline in the distance. This place was nice and quiet. Staff was very helpful. On site food was good. Common areas were clean and just awesome. There are areas where turtles / rabbits / Guinea pigs roam. It was mind blowing for a solo traveller. I can imagine this being a lifetime memory for a kid. Full recommend."

"Heritage is an excellent place to stay, explore, and relax in Siem Reap. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is conveniently close to the temples and markets, allowing us to easily explore the area. They also offer airport shuttle service and can assist you with various activities during your stay. If you’re planning to visit Angkor Wat, I highly recommend Heritage Suites. Thank you for making my visit truly memorable."
