About this property

80 m² top-floor apartment with a balcony

  • The house is situated in a sunny location near the White and Red Traun rivers and the village swimming pool. It has good access to the A8 highway and is centrally located between Traunstein, Inzell, and Ruhpolding. Right next to the house is a permaculture community garden with a fire pit. Guests can use the garden to relax or, if they wish, to help tend the garden. A very extensive range of recreational activities makes for a very varied stay. You can relax and enjoy nature wonderfully on walking and hiking trails, mountain hikes, or at one of the surrounding lakes. Cultural attractions and museums offer an alternative when the weather is bad. It’s not just the town of Traunstein, 5 km away, that has lovely cafes and restaurants.
The room rental includes the Chiemgau Card, which guarantees guests free admission to over 50 attractions, such as

    various mountain railways
    saunas and indoor pools
bike, sleigh, and kayak rentals, SUPs
    climbing courses
    curling
    Golf Park
    ski lifts
    regional public transport
    Museums

In this sunny apartment, the morning sun first shines onto the balcony. In the evening, the sunset casts its last rays into the living area. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking, featuring a modern gas stove, electric oven, and cooking utensils. A built-in water vortex system in the kitchen and bathroom ensures water with a vibrant texture. The wood-burning stove lets you enjoy a cosy atmosphere on cold days.
The landlord lives on the ground floor of the house and offers yoga classes on-site, including private sessions for guests upon request. On Thursday evenings, especially during the school year, she prefers quiet guests for her yoga classes.
The decor, featuring antique heirlooms and unique furniture, creates a home with a soul of its own—wonderfully complemented by paintings by a local artist. This creates an inspiring living experience that connects guests with regional culture—an added value for guests, artists, and the landlord.
Guests are welcome to use the large garden, which is designed as a permaculture community garden. If you feel like it, you’re welcome to help out in the garden.
I’ll start renting out the apartment in the fall of 2025 and look forward to new, positive experiences and interacting with lovely guests. As a native of Siegsdorf and someone who is deeply in love with this area—with its wonderful nature, lakes, and mountains—I warmly welcome my guests to the apartment on the top floor of my parents’ house.
Upon request, I’m happy to offer the following additional options with passion:

A guided retreat for rejuvenation—for people facing challenging life situations
    Yoga coaching
Drawing on my passion as an architect: Holiday meets the muse and inspiration for relaxed, sustainable, and personalised brainstorming to plan your dream home
