Foxhole under the little crown in Siegen's historic center

Our "Fuchsbau" is a cosy 2-room apartment measuring 58 m² and is located right in the historic centre of Siegen, with a view of Siegen’s landmark, the Krönchen. Completely newly furnished, it offers comfortable, quiet living in the heart of the city, just a 3-minute walk from all the sights.

The Accommodation
This apartment on the 2nd floor of our residential and commercial building was completely renovated in 2016 and is fully equipped with the latest amenities.

Guest Access
The building at Markt 31 is located in the historic centre of Siegen, directly across from the market square, city hall, and Siegen’s landmark, St. Nicholas Church with the “Krönchen.” There are several free short-term parking spaces (max. 30 min) right in front of the building, and behind the building is the RATHAUS car park on Hinterstraße (daily rate: €9). We have arranged special rates with the car park for longer stays.
The RATHAUS bus stop is located right in front of the building and is served by several bus lines running directly from the central bus station (ZOB) at the train station.

The Surroundings
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find many restaurants, shopping options, museums, the Upper Castle with its castle park, and the Lower Castle with the School of Economics campus.
Siegen’s main train station is a 10-minute walk away. The historic old town is located directly across from the holiday rental.
