Welcome to Sidney Sunnyside! Experience elevated town living in this beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, located in the boutique Quartet building (built in 2019) in the heart of Sidney. This bright 1,021 sq ft northeast-facing unit offers distant water view towards Mt Baker from the private balcony. Step into a thoughtfully laid-out open-concept living and dining area, complete with elegant engineered hardwood flooring, 9-foot ceilings, and an ambient electric fireplace. The space comfortably accommodates six at the dining table, making it ideal for entertaining! A portable air conditioner ensures comfort during the hotter summer months. The kitchen is outfitted with high-end stainless-steel appliances, a gas stove, kitchen island, quartz countertops and plenty of storage including a pantry. The spacious primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a modern ensuite with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and easy access to the main bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Additional features include in-suite laundry, smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi and secure underground parking for one vehicle.
