"Everything about the stay was good. Only issue was, there is an age requirement that I was unaware of. Apparently if I had put my name on the room, my 19 yr old daughter on spring break trip would’ve been fine to check in. But because I put the name as the person actually staying, the rules would not have let her stay. Fortunately it got worked out this all the 5 stars. But 4 stars overall because I feel this should be obvious during the reservation process. "

"We really enjoyed staying the one night here on our way north. Facility is clean, room was nice and bed was comfortable. Clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good, a few usual hot options and also cereals, yogurt and breads/muffins. We ate dinner at a local pub. Would recommend a stay here. "

"This is our third (or fourth?!) time staying at the Red Bud Cottage. The peaceful lake and cozy fireplace keep us coming back! The beds are comfortable and David is always the most gracious and accommodating host. It won’t be our last visit for sure!"
