"Room air conditioning did not work. When I went to use the phone to call the front desk, it didn’t work either. You should not have to walk all the way down to the front desk to talk to them with today’s technology. Breakfast was below average at best, there were no meat products whatsoever (bacon, sausage), nothing. 1 of 3 ice machines did not work. Serious language barrier with employee at front desk. This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid this place at all costs."

"The staff is very friendly however, this hotel is a bit run down to to be a Holiday Inn. This is probably one of their dirtiest locations."

"Our room had a terrible musty odor, and it was very warm. The air conditioner worked well to cool it off, but was so loud we could not sleep so we had to shut it off. The couch and chair in the room were rather uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent, fair amount of choices. Check in and check out was easy."

"I feel like this hotel is very overrated on Expedia. It felt average in most aspects. Our room was on the first floor by the side entrances... We heard slams each and every time someone went through that door, it was annoying to say the least. Staff was kind and place was clean, but it didn't feel like a 9/10 experience. Bed was meh, pillows were awful, and the noise from outside my room was unbearable. This hotel is overrated to say the least."

"The customer service here is truly next level. I felt so comfortable and welcomed — genuinely at home while receiving amazing care throughout my stay. I stayed here during my graduation celebration, and the staff went above and beyond by surprising me with a congratulatory card and a thoughtful hamper, which made the experience even more special. The staff and service were exceptional, and the front desk staff member, Tigi, especially stood out as a genuinely awesome person and host. The rooms were spotless, very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was top class. I will definitely be coming back."

"The propert and rooms are really nice. I would stay again. The reason I gave it a lower rating were for the following reasons: 1. Often front desk staff was not to be found. Actually, I would see them in back office just talking. Front desk should always be up front. And that was the problem with number 2: Breakfast, a large, multiple family members with lots of kids. They were running around, yelling, parents not addressing it. I look at front desk. Nobody. Like they were hiding from racket, noise. Wrong. Should have addressed the issue with parents"

"I enjoyed my stay, It was a convenient hotel while I was traveling for a job interview. The staff was very pleasant. While I didn't use the pool or hot tub area, it appeared clean and well kept. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. My only complaints was it was impossible to use the electrical outlets next to the bed because they are too close to the wall, and the motion sensor lights in the bathroom are a rude awakening in the middle of the night, and they could not be shut off."

"Very clean. Bed was mildly comfortable. Hotel staff was a bit unhelpful especially at check in. Starbucks staff was super friendly and sweet but was not trained as a Starbucks barista. Which was fine, at least the coffee was fresh. Overall stay was fine and what we needed it for."
