"I don’t believe this accommodation justify the cost if you will stay at this property without dinner and breakfast. I was able to reduce the expense for a night to c. $55 by using Expedia credits equal to $30, but if I didn’t have it, I would recommend to stay another one. Far from the center of Matsumoto Nothing was around the property Nothing would be provided to kids, such as amenities, welcoming tea and snacks, basically. The only nicer point was hot spring with good scene"

"It was within comfortable walking distance from INAKITA station. It was the only available closest hotel when i booked for a last minute trip here a few days before. I found a familiar restaurant, SUKIYA nearby where I had my delicious lunch. "Excellent classic hotel with large well appointed rooms ,comfortable beds in a fabulous location. Literally just minutes walk from Matsumoto Castle. The Onsen was superb after a long day of walking and touring. The breakfast buffet combined Japanese and Western style and was delicious. Hospitable and excellent staff. "
