少し早く到着してしまったのですが、快く案内してくださいました。ロビーに入ると、まず、暖炉の薪の匂いがとても良くて大変癒されました。ロビーからの外の景色がまた、素晴らしく感動しました。部屋も清潔感があり、シンプルなのが気に入りました。窓からのロケーションも素晴らしかったです。 レストランのスタッフもマナーが良くて親切で、料理も美味しかったです。ぜひ、また泊まりたいと思いました。 ##### 古いホテルですが清潔に保たれていて、むしろ落ち着いた佇まいが魅力になっている好きなタイプのクラシックホテルです。ラウンジの焚き火は、高原のホテルらしい心地よさ。ラウンジから気軽に出られる広い白樺の庭や池もリゾート気分を満喫できます。こちらの景色に面したお部屋でしたので、室内にいても高原の開放感が味わえました。窓も少し開くので鳥の声なども楽しめそう。 ホテルと別棟の温泉施設には露天風呂もあり、ちょっとした坂道ですが歩いてすぐのところなので利用してみました。バスもありますがわざわざバスを使う距離ではありませんでした。ただしホテル宿泊者以外も利用しているので、落ち着いたホテルの雰囲気とは少し違和感はありましたが、楽しみの選択肢は多彩なほうが嬉しい。室内温泉プールもありました。 レストランではコース料理を予約。事前にお伝えするほどではない軽い食物アレルギーがあるのですが、ひと言お伝えしたらその場で細やかに対応をしていただき、たとえ軽くても事前にお伝えすべきだったと反省。茸をさまざまにつかった季節感あるメニューを満喫。 朝食はhotels.comのお値段は現地支払いよりお得なので朝食付きプランにして正解でした。 売店もありますが、コンビニ的なお店ではなく閉まるのも早いので、お部屋に用意されているドリップコーヒーや紅茶を湯沸かし器で楽しむなら、ミネラルウォーターの購入を忘れずに。お部屋の冷蔵庫には何も入っていませんでした。 敷地続きにアスレチックや釣り堀や屋外BBQレストランなど東急リゾート蓼科の施設があるようですが、シーズンオフなのかとくに案内もなく結局まったく利用しませんでした。夏シーズンならこちらもチェックしてみたいと思いましたが、シーズンによっては落ち着いた雰囲気が少し違ってしまうかも…と思いました。 amenities, property conditions & facilities 開業40周年ということで、確かにとてもクラシックな雰囲気。 ホテル本館前の庭は、大きな池とその周囲を散策できる遊歩道がきれいで、紅葉の頃にまた訪れたいと思いました。（所々にベンチが設置されているところも良いと思います。） property conditions & facilities, room comfort ホテルは古いながらにも清潔で清掃も行き届いていたのですが、利用可能なリゾート内の温泉があまりにも不潔で驚きました。 脱衣所の床は髪の毛だらけ、モップが置いてあったのでお客さんが掃除しろという事なのでしょうか？ 洗面台も髪の毛が沢山落ちていました。 お風呂の洗い場の排水口にも髪の毛がかなり溜まっていました。 スタッフも建物も感激でした 初めての利用でしたが とても快適で楽しい滞在になりました。 ３５年という建物も歴史は、きちんとマネージされている証としてちっとも古くささを感じさせず、かえってその古さに感動を覚えるようでした。とても立派に作られている建物です。 スタッフの方々もとても親切で手際がよく、また利用させてもらいたいと思いました。
