管理者とのやりとりが苦痛でした。

滞在先の建物は古いようでしたが、よく掃除されていて清潔でした。お水とお茶も冷蔵庫に用意してくれていました。カラオケも新しい曲はなかったですが、それなりに楽しめました。 1日目に到着すると、雨漏りと台風に向けてとのことで、ベランダにブルーシートがかけられていて、外が見えない状況でした。ベランダからの眺望を楽しみにしていたので残念でした。ただ、このブルーシートはすぐに外しにきてくれました。ここは和美リゾートの敷地の一番上にあるのですが、到着時にたまたま道に迷って和美リゾートの事務所に道を尋ねたことから、事務所の人が私たちの滞在を知ったようです。ここが管理者なのかは不明です。 予約確定時、こちらは連絡先の電話番号を伝えましたが、滞在にあたっての先方の連絡先電話番号は教えてもらえませんでした。担当者の名字のみでのメールのやりとりでした。滞在3日目に野ネズミが３匹家に入り込み、駆除をお願いしましたが、その時もメールのみでのやりとりでした。私たちの外出時に業者が対処してくれました。特に終了報告もなく、こちらの帰宅時にメールでネズミがどうなったかをメールで尋ねてはじめて対処終了がわかりました。ただ、最終的にどのような方法で対処したのかはわからず、薬剤の散布も考えられたので、衛生面から、ネズミの出た寝室の使用は控えました。その件もメールで伝えましたが、野ネズミは無害です、とのお返事はチェックアウトの日に届きました。実は、滞在にあたって、チェックインのための大事なメールも2通ほど届かず、ホテルズドットコムにあるペット不可の表記も誤りで、ペット可でした。その度に、メールで伝えましたが、管理者は自分たちはエクスペディアとのやりとりだけしかしていない、とのことで、これらのいずれもホテルドットコムにクレームしてくれとのことでした。
