"The hotel is in a great location with lots of dining options nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide a full range of amenities, daily housekeeping service, and a convenience store on the ground level. The parking was a bit inconvenient as it’s a car elevator that requires the staff to assist each time you want to leave or return, but they are always happy to help; 24 hrs a day. "Everyone was very kind and helpful. It was my first time using an onsen and was a very nice experience. The room was more spacious than I expected and was very clean. We had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the train station and to many shops/stores in Hakodate."
