Built for travelers, this space has a 70's airline vibe & room for a small family or 2 healthcare workers that want to share space in the Metro East. Only 3min to the new Shiloh Memorial Hospital, 17min to Belleville Memorial, & 7min to Saint E's Hospital. The Scott Air Force Base front gate is a 6 min car ride. An easy 20min drive to Busch Stadium in downtown STL. Fast WiFi & Netflix on TV for streaming! Dog friends welcome! Come stay! More info: The PanAm Flat is a 2 bd/2 ba brick house that has a Tri-plex building attached at one wall. So, we're calling it an apartment, but it is really a house with a 3-unit apartment attached next door (which are also short-term rentals). There are 2 large bedrooms. 1 bedroom has its own bathroom inside. The 2nd bathroom has a hallway entrance. There is a large patio space for guest use that is shared with other units. Also, the laundry facilities are attached to the house, but have an exterior entrance and are shared with one other unit. There is a parking lot capable of holding 2 vehicles per booking. There is a big park about a mile up the road for the kids and dog to play. Very close to restaurants, Target, Dierburgs, Starbucks, etc. The inside was well-equipped with older furniture but comfy and our kids (and my hubby) loved the airplane and disco theme! This worked well location wise. House was well stocked, but needs a deep clean and some minor repairs. The neighborhood was quiet, but there wasn't much outdoor space for kids/dog FYI.
