Pros: The breakfast was good but service was a little weird. Hotel is beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Cons: Just a weird vibe the whole visit. At breakfast they dropped food off and never came back. No salt/pepper, butter or jelly for toast. When we asked for jelly we got one tiny container for the 2 of us. You know those jelly things that are usually in a little stack on tables when you eat breakfast at a restaurant. No TV in the room either. If you want ice you have to go to the front desk and take your bucket and they will fill it for you.

From our arrival to the time we checked out, we were treated like family. The staff was marvelous, our room was wonderful, and dinner in the Open Range was absolutely out of this world. At this season of our lives, we have visited many places. When we got home, we agreed that this long weekend ranked up with the best we have ever experienced. We will be back!
