I was bitten over a 4 night stay. After I addressed the front desk, they assured me it was only mosquitoes. Housekeeping came to my room to change the bedding but every night I was STILL bitten. The bites lasted more than a week (I'm still itchy). As soon as we arrived they said they had no confirmation of our reservation and wanted us to pay again. They also gave our documents to another stranger who was trying to book a room and gave us his showing that he booked for the wrong date. We felt conned and scammed.
