Placed quietly in front on a hill surrounded by trees, very convenient location for who have to made a business trip. Little far from Shenzhen center but well connected almost. Clean, more than reasonable price, comfortable rooms, a great place to stay. The room service is limited to 11.00 pm anyway the offer of dishes are not huge but well done. I will be back for sure.

乘車往酒店，酒店的行車通道竟然在維修，在天氣不好的情況下居然要行一段比較遠的路才能去到酒店大堂，房間漂亮整潔，但是去到晚上需要沖涼的時間竟然浴缸及沐浴間也沒有熱水，要即時打去大堂求救，帶了小朋友急需沖涼睡覺，他20分鐘左右安排了人上來維修，根本維修不了，維修人員也說是水的問題由上往下輸出樓上的沒有問題下邊的來不了熱水，但是我已經住10樓了打了四次電話終於可以更換房間，最後連延遲退房都辦不了

除了WiFi 不能上外國網站, 其他都10分好. 尤其是大堂同事們和經理們非常友善和幫忙, 我打不到車, 他們非常用心落力幫忙處理, 儘管當時他們已經非常忙碌, 但都沒有忘記幫助我. 十分多謝他們.

開業幾個月的酒店，室內設計風格好有藝術氣質，地方好靚房間較大好舒適,好清靜；職員都好有禮貌；早晩自助餐食物都美味；地方算偏遠小小地區，好方便call去任何地方。 因連續幾日假期check in. 等咗都有一小時，第一天吃早餐太多人 好混亂，大家排隊等入座，另一方面好多住客照入餐廳取座位，職員都不理，投訴都無用因我職員不知道如何處理，要用餐具乜都冇 ，如何取食物 經過第一天咁差服務，第二天再去食早餐，工作人員多了很多，算正常運作中。

因酒店是在2024 年12月開業，所以各樣設施都是新的。房間非常寬敞、我們選擇花園景觀，景觀開揚、舒適和整潔。前台服務員態度非常好及有禮貌。酒店自助早餐和晚餐嘅食物選擇都可以和味道都很棒。唯獨是交通唔方便和酒店附近沒有食肆，要步行20 分鐘左右才有一間大超市和飯店。不過幸好有免費巴士來往酒店和陽台山東地鐵站。
