The breakfast had a lot of selection and was of good quality. The service of the hotel was friendly. I would stay here again if I am ever in that area again. The location was not bad but it is in a section of Shenzhen that is a good distance away from the center of Shenzhen and the Hong Kong border. The area did not have a lot of taxi cars. We did request non smoking but the room smelt of smoke so I made them aware of this. They did their best to quickly resolve the problem, which they did. The smoking issue is normal for China, so don,t take this as a negative just normal. I have been to all parts of China on many occasions and I feel that my experience was pretty good. The location for us was good for a family travelling for business. There is a Shopping Centre over the road . It is nice if You not want to eat at the hotel My family ate there and the food was nice. It is not the location if you want to buy copy bags ETC. The buffet breakfast at the hotel had a lovely ambience and the food was quite good.
