整體服務，極至劣very bad. 2017年7月21日約晚上八時到該酒店前台辦理入住手續，但前台接待員居然說沒有我的訂單，經我多翻要求下該名前台接待員才肯幫我覆查，然後他說我的訂單巳取消了；他還說是當日早上十時多才取消該訂單。最後，我登入貴公司(Hotel.com)的網站給他們看我的訂單資料，他才肯由酒店經理幫我安排上房。 由於進房的時間很晚，我們放下行李後，隋即便外出吃晚飯，用膳回到酒店時已經是晚上十時半左右，便立刻洗澡，隋後便睡覺。該酒店給了兩支免費蒸餾水、一支付費水及一些食物，可惜第二天退房時，樓房職員居然說那支需付費的水被我們開了並已經飲用了少許水，要我再次到房間對質及要求我付費；我向酒店解釋說那支水的價錢牌仍然完好，而我沒有碰那支水，另外我亦展示我自己帶的水仍有很多，跟本不用飲用那支水；所以，我沒有留心那支水曾經被開啟及飲用了少許﹝少許到不察覺，太約是一、兩口吧！﹞。最終，那樓房職員用極之不客氣及不信任的態度跟我說下次記得小心檢查及今次算吧！ 這次入住該酒店的經歷，令我們十分不愉快及氣憤！

#### 整體感覺不如連鎖酒店

挺失望的！價位比連鎖貴，住下來感受倒還不如連鎖酒店！ 特別是自助早餐，千萬別買！！早餐在附近吃就好，外面很多好吃的。 所謂自助早餐難吃選擇少不說，站在門口收銀台旁邊的那個中老年嬸嬸（臉上有斑），像是誰欠了她十萬元錢一樣！拉長臉一幅不賴煩的兇表情。
