Enjoyable stay
Once I finally made it (as the various maps did not have it in the correct location), all went well. Friendly greeting. Much help, including being guided to the room. Very clean. For a first in a hotel with carpeting, no notable carpet stains! I opted for the least expensive room, as the size and design was exactly the same as the next price up, and had a lovely view of the building next door. (I'm thinking that's the difference - not a real issue for me.) Being a transition time of year for temperature, the cooling air was not on and it was a bit stuffy (even with fan on) until into the night. Mattress was not hard, but was still quite firm. My refrigerator didn't work well, but we came up with a solution to keep items chilled until I needed them. Plenty of space. Bathroom was a nice size. Breakfast buffet has great variety and a pleasant atmosphere. Not that far from a subway station, also.

Convenient hotel for business
This is a good hotel if you are doing business in the Nanshan area of Shenzhen. Access from the airport via taxi is easy - less than 30 minutes without traffic. It is within 5 minutes' walk of Taoyuan Station on subway line 1. It is on a quiet street. There are numerous restaurants around the corner from the hotel. The hotel has everything you need, but has nothing particularly exciting: there is a western and a Chinese restaurant, but no bar.

No shuttle to airport. Concierge charge 400 yuan to Shenzhen airport for 2 due to large luggage which I thought was excessive. No breakfast included.

Nice hotel with Singaporean colors
the hotel is very nice, the hotel staff is great, the breakfast is very good. the colors used the decoration (purple) make me a little depressed but this could be my personal problem. there was some noise, like a pump working, coming from the wall at night which interfered with my sleep.

modern hotel, close to the metro station
This is a modern business hotel. The checking-in was fast and the staff spoke good English. Room had strong chemical odor upon entering on the day of arrival; no problem after that. It was hot in Shenzhen at the time of my visit (June/July) but the AC system was good. The breakfast was excellent with many western and Chinese choices. Only one English station on TV.

Best value hotel for the price
I got mix up with the other Sentosa Hotel in the same area, just a few blocks away from this one. And I believe they are under the same management company. This is actually the one I would like to recommend for the best value. With the gorgeous and regular street price Chinese restaurant & a western buffet restaurant which will save your trip to go eating outside. You'll also enjoy the accessible & the freshness of the newly opened hotel in quite street off the busiest Main Street. Many major facilities are close by the area, Tao Yuan subway station, line 1 and Nanshan hospital and many others.

New hotel, clean and comfortable, the pool is quite nice, though the whirlpool was not working while we were there. Breakfast is quite good for Chinese people, but not for Westerners. Hotel staff is trying hard to please the guests, but their English is not very strong and lack of good training. Overall, good value for Money.

Worst place ever
This was by far the worst hotel booking experience I have had in over 30 years of travel. The staff was discourteous and the room was unavailable. No effort was made to help find another room nor to make any accommodations for the lack of the room availability. I would never consider this hotel again and do not recommend that anyone every go to this hotel.

Great spot not far from Shekou port & SZX airport
Very new hotel and nicely equipped. Impressed by the level of the room, bathroom, bed, etc. Very clean and good sheets / towels / etc which are very important details which not all hotels get right. English level of staff isnt great but that usually shouldnt really be a big issue (unless you actually have an issue...) Breakfast choice was quite good and fitness facilities also quite good with both indoor and outdoor pool available. Would stay here again
