WOW WOW WOW What a hotel. Absolutely stunning decor and immaculately clean. Staff are super helpful (you do need google translate) but they go out of their way to help. Buffet dinner was questionable but I did arrive very late so I’ll caveat that. Breakfast buffet was much much better. European and Chinese food on offer. Chefs will cook you fresh eggs/omelette if you ask (not obvious to non Chinese). Bar/lounge is stunning but people can smoke indoors so there’s a smell if you’re a non smoker....

The staff was very helpful in all my requests. They provide a suite of daily necessities so you don’t need to bring your own - such as, iron, steamer, dental kit, nail clipper etc. all you had to do is ask the guest service. Their layout is slightly odd where you had to go to the higher floors to reach lobby and there was a lot of up and down rides, however, I can see the structure was aimed to be secure as this hotel does have other services (spa, temporary Prada store) available to the public....

Excellent and fantastic service especially Susan who helped us to check in at the counter immediately after our arrival.Ms Stella ,the staff at the executive lounge was very helpful arranged food for us despite working for more than 12 hours,so as her colleagues.Hotel had just been renovated so everything were new.It is located near to metro station and made travelling easy.
