My daughter used a hand towel to clean face makeup powder and cleaning stuff rejected to change a clean one for us next day. Die Buchung von Expedia inkl. Bezahlung wurde nicht gefunden, obwohl bereits beim Einchecken darauf hingewiesen wurde. Rezeption kann kein englisch, obwohl englischsprachige Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind (Frühstück, Bar). Der Kaiserpalast und das Museum sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt nur wenig Personal mit denen man sich in englisch verständigen kann.
