Tooth care and grooming kits provided along with a dish of fruit and a hand written welcome letter. A $400 yuan deposit is required upon check in and is returned at check out. Desk staff seems nominally proficient with english. The only two issues I had with the room itself were that the air-conditioning didn't blow cold air (they did bring in a small fan to help battle the heat) and that the sink and shower drains were VERY slow to drain. You will finish your shower foot-deep in your filthy water.
