"Found lollipop stick and a nerf bullet behind the main door of our room. Room smell a bit musty. Breakfast selection is limited - some eggs, sausage patties, bread/bagels, milk, cereals. Stay was as expected because we got a low price for the 2 rooms booked. "

"Bath dirty, floor caving in, no ac, no towels, microwave dirty, very horribly smelling chlorine smell. I am thankfully they did allow me to stay the night with out being charged for the night and then I left with out being charged my other nights. Staff was very professional and how they handled accommodating for the issues. Also you will have to wait for staff to be able to handle any of the issues that I had that I needed fixed immediately since I was with younger children and the chlorine and no ac caused me to have issues with burning in my eyes but again very professional staff in the front end and allowing no charge for the night. "

"This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. I was a solo female traveler this trip and safety is always a priority when I’m traveling alone, I felt safe the entire time and hotel staff were so sweet and remembered that I was solo and asked how I was enjoying my time there. This is absolutely my go to for future stays! "

"Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was nice. We had an issue with the heating/cooling system in our room not working. It was 74 degrees the whole time. "

"Visibly the hotel looks pretty nice. The reason I booked this hotel was because I was going to be in the area for spring break and it had a swimming pool which unfortunately I found out at check-in, that the pool was down for maintenance. Some type of a disclaimer or posting on the website or in confirmation emails regarding this would’ve been nice. The room itself was clean and nice, but the plumbing not so much. The sink had no hot water. The shower faucet had a constant drip, and the whole thing was shaking with inside the wall. The sink also had a very slow drain to it. I did inform the woman at the front desk at checkout of these issues, and she said that she would notify the manager and have them contact me which no one ever did. As I was walking out with my kids, there was a gentleman mopping the floor, and wasn’t too pleased that we walked on his wet floor as we were walking out. To some degree, I can understand his frustration but at the same time I would not be mopping the floor, literally at the busiest time of the day which would be checkout time. There wasn’t exactly anywhere else for me to walk either. Breakfast was…. Meh "

"Friendly staff. We just stopped overnight on our way to our destination and did not use the amenities. Bed was comfortable and room clean. "

"By the airport. Easy walk over to the train from the airport to downtown. Staff were very nice and helpful. Nice morning complimentary breakfast. Princess complaint is the shower had mold in the corners of it and the pressure is weak. Other than that a very good option to save some money and still have a nice stay. "

"Things in room were broken. Lights didn’t work and it was unclean. There was toilet paper in the toilet and it looked like someone had used it prior to me being there. 0/10 will not stay again "
