Amazing staff and very good service

We went for this place to enjoy the beach, beach resort - this was a wellness spa and the beach is messed up with port construction- a massive part of the beach is gone. They need to make people aware of this, I would not recommend this as a beach resort - it is a wellness resort - the fact that it is on the beach is just - wrong advertising. I would like my money back based on inaccessible beach. Rest of the resort amenities are good. The SPA is amazing. Food is good and the staff are super polite.

Spotlessly clean hotel, attentive staff nothing is a problem. Room fine, A/C and ceiling fan , TV which you can access Prime and Netflix if you have an account. Wet room shower with plenty of hot water, some rooms have balconies, so check when booking.Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads more a tuk- tuk away. Mixed nationality guests including Indian . Many guests have been returning for many years , understandable. Review: Hotel Gokula Grand Turtle, Kovalam We stayed in a suite at Hotel Gokula Grand Turtle in Kovalam, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The ambience was warm and inviting, the food was delicious, and the management and staff were thoroughly professional and courteous. A highlight of our stay was participating in the Onam Sadya—it truly felt like celebrating Onam away from home, filled with warmth and tradition. I would especially like to mention a few team members who made our stay memorable: The front desk team – for the warm welcome and helpful introduction. The room attendants – for being exceptionally efficient, attentive, and caring. The General Manager and his colleagues – for their personal attention, with a special mention for their active involvement in organizing the Onam Sadya. The restaurant team – for their excellent service and genuine hospitality. Excellent value for money – the overall experience, from the suite to the service and dining, far exceeded our expectations and offered a truly premium experience. If I were to offer one constructive suggestion, it would be to give the property a slight facelift—a little maintenance upkeep would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience. That said, the natural surroundings more than make up for it. You can easily spend hours listening to the waves, watching fishermen at work, or enjoying tourist boats gliding across the sea. I cannot complain about this hotel stay at all. Our room was cleaned daily to perfection all room condiments where topped up daily. We had a full seaview room so the view of the Arabian sea was amazing. Sunset was fantastic.staff members was very polite and friendly. We had a couple of Ayurveda massage treatments. Very good it was. And also I need to mention the food in the restaurant's was absolutely amazing,it brings your taste buds back to life. We also had a couple of massages at the ocean spa. Absolutely fantastic relaxing it was and at a reasonable price.all I can say is I wished I stopped there longer.😔.
