"We loved the property. The grounds were gorgeous and had many activities. We really enjoyed the tennis court, pool, and corn hole, and appreciated how family- and dog-friendly it all was. The gym was also well stocked. While we weren’t there during their fine dining days, we did experience their burger night, and my partner said his was excellent. My salad was good as well. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy. We had a great time doing some nearby walks/hikes and exploring Woodstock. Areas for improvement: the breakfast pastries were clearly microwaved from frozen (and unfortunately on day two, one of ours had a dead spider in it.) Otherwise, breakfast was good, but I would caution others about sitting outside in the morning due to a large number of flies about! (Not the property’s fault and we didn’t have this problem in the evening). The pool liner was also coming up at the edge around the stairs, which should be repaired. Our only other concern was that we couldn’t find anyone to check us out when we left - we ended up dropping off the keys and leaving a post it note saying we were checking out."

"This hotel was decent. It could use a bit of upkeep. The room was pretty clean and it was very pet friendly. The pool was clean and in good condition. Our kids were disappointed that there was no basketball hoop (as was described in the booking details) and there was also no waffle station (that was also in the description). Breakfast was only included on the weekend, not weekdays. Our son was also disappointed that the game room was locked after breakfast was over so he could not play pool. We did use the kitchen, so it was nice to have the option to cook in our room."

"Very nice for the price. The full kitchen was great stocked with plates, glasses, pans etc. The beds seemed new and very comfortable and the bathroom was brand new and exceptionally nice. They have definitely been putting effort into updating the rooms and it shows. I would definitely stay there again."

"The Lina. Team was very responsive both before our “sister weekend” trip during the planning phase and throughout our May mountain weekend in the Catskills whenever questions arose. The checkin and checkout process was simple with clear and concise instructions. The location was perfect for our needs. Being right on NY-28 allowed easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. There was ample parking for multiple vehicles and the outdoor lighting was also very good.The pristine property itself was gorgeous and immaculate. Obvious fresh renovations gave a clean black and white modern style to a still cozy feeling space. The bathrooms were large with massive showers, rainfall showerheads and an even soaker tub.We enjoyed the sunny back deck during the day and the blue moon by night. Late nights at the huge kitchen table were spent recalling memories of our childhood and making new memories together. It was a perfect spot to play card games and enjoy wine and sangria selections with our charcuterie spread. The beds were especially comfortable which is high on our list of pluses. Fun times and great memories! We will definitely visit this cute spot again!"

"Great cabin, super clean and well-maintained. Short drive to a good assortment of restaurants and close to other towns. The hot tub wasn't working but that's par for the course with devices like that, my own tub has frequent issues, and the hosts made sure to communicate ahead of time. Smooth check in and check out process. Really enjoyed our time here!"
