"If you are looking for a very peaceful, serene getaway to completely reset, book this place immediately. The quiet, beautiful atmosphere makes it a true sanctuary.The hospitality here is next level. Jackie was incredibly nice and welcoming from start to finish. Jonathan went out of his way to take gorgeous birthday pictures for me the second I asked. The absolute hero of my trip was Kristine, who literally saved me when I found myself stranded in the middle of nowhere!This team protects your peace of mind, I am telling everyone about this gem, and I am definitely coming back to the Emerson!"

"The owners and staff are very friendly. Relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the deluxe double room. The oven and refrigerator in the room could use some attention and cleaning. Bathroom well stocked but shower was basic. Could use a little refurbishing."

"This was a beautiful space with the most comfortable bed and biggest bathtub I've ever seen. Hot water was abundant, coffee and tea were in the room, and there were plenty of groceries and restaurants near by. Close to lots of hiking and the cutest coffee shop. Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!"

"Truly enjoyed our stay and hope to plan another trip. We loved our cabin. Great location. Close to dining and activities. WiFi spotty, but allowed us to be more present with one another. Kids watched DVDs, played board games and did puzzles. Basic but nice breakfast option, and the kids loved having the s'mores kits."

"We had a great stay in the heart of Phoenicia. It’s so convenient to walk to Main Street for great food and shopping, or drive to other nearby hamlets like Woodstock and Tannersville. It’s also a wonderful place to chill inside or out. We had so much fun perusing the albums and just enjoying the cool throw back vibes inside. Jay is a great host."

"Quiet secluded location yet 5-10 min drive to Phoenicia. Great to set the bird feeder out and watch all the various songbirds visit.Has all the amenities, features and space you’d want, albeit some of the decor/fixtures is worn/dated. Think older ski lodge chic! Gravel entrance driveway can be a little tricky after a rainstorm (some erosion / channeling where the drive leaves the pavement)Owner/manager is super responsive.All in all, would recommend and we enjoyed our stay a lot."
