"I booked this hotel because it was so much cheaper than the other options and honestly, it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, breakfast was sufficient and provided what we needed, we didn’t use any amenities such as the pool or the exercise room but they looked great, and our room was SO CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE! The lady who checked us in at 2:30 am was so helpful, she let me know an alternate route to go the next morning to our convention so we’d miss construction traffic, it was close to the beach. Super sweet little town. I have another trip next month and was looking for another Wingate and am so sad I can’t stay in one for that trip. This was my first experience with Wyngate and I wish I could stay in one everywhere if they’re all like this."

"Perfect option for someone who wants a quiet get away to the beach! Me and my fiancé went for my birthday and we barely saw anyone. In walking distance, theres a little diner with an arcade, gift shop, ice cream shop and pier. If you want to go to Myrtle beach attractions its only about 20 mins away. Our room was very clean and updated, all of the staff was so very nice! We will definitely come back!"
