The unit we ultimately were placed in did not match description as booked (ground floor to beach). We were on the second, and no indication pool was being renovated & unuasable. Based on logistics of property, there is no way we could access beach. The phot relied on when booking was deceptive. Condo wasn’t terrible, but could be better maintained. Beach club was nearby but so-so in quality & usable pool overcrowded & too small. The resort was well maintained. Registration could be improved.

Overall, i loved our stay at the henderson, most staff were helpful and accommodating. Renting a spot on the now private beach was a nightmare and we were never confirmed and that was our only issue. The pools were beautifully kept and our room as well. The younger valet men were also great and helpful, we enjoyed conversing with then.

"Elevator was broken when we got there and the card machine was too Had to walk up and down 7 flights of stairs to see my my daughters families. Other than that tge stay was fine. The food in the restaurant could use a bit more flavors but very big portions for the price."
