"This property is gorgeous , the staff and services are premium. The food is delicious. The surrounding is beautiful and amazing. If you have a car, I strongly recommend it. I like everything except the earlier afternoon shuttle service. The hotel provides free shuttle service to nearby ski resort Annupuri. It has 7:30, 8:30am shuttle to Annupuri, and 3pm pick up from Annupuri. The only way to get back to hotel is by taxi if you missed the 3pm shuttle; however, taxi is hard to find overall. If...

"Property was a short walk to the niseko bus line, lots of parking for our rental gear, washer and dryer was great, and breakfast abs company lovely! "

"Excellent location, less than 200m to the ski lift (small slope to walk down) and ski schools. Prime location for restaurants, ski rental, coffee, bars. Opposite the hotel is a convenience store. Onsen (in a hotel 1000yen each excluding towel rental) is about 3 mins walk on the main road. Bus arriving at the welcome centre is about 10 min walk downhill. Room was basic but comfortable. It's a pity the location was a little far from niseko village and there is no way of getting there in the summer.
