Staff were excellent and professional during our 10-day stay. The room was clean, albeit a little tired in places. There was 24h access to a gym and an outdoor swimming pool. There were a few places to buy in the locality to buy groceries and snacks. Restaurants were available in the surroundung area. The closest MTR station is Shek Mun, with the central Shatin with larger shopping facilities being about 30-40 mins walk by the Shing Mun river. Taxi and Uber services were readily available.

The property was getting old but well maintained. The staff did a good job! I stayed at the 20th floor and the lady who clean the room was excellent, friendly and focused and dedicated to her work, I will come back to Courtyard and will ask to stay at the same floor next time! Good job Joann!

15-minute walk from rail station that many restaurants are located. The hotel is in the industrial zone however there is a supermarket and McDonald fast food nearby. Bus transportation is even more convenient than the railway as many bus stops are in front of the hotel.
