\-Guests will have full access to both homes located on the property—Lost Cove Retreat, the larger main home, and Treetop Bungalow, a charming, smaller cabin that’s still spacious and cozy. You'll also enjoy access to the shared outdoor areas, perfect for gathering, relaxing, or taking in the beautiful surroundings.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
\-Set atop the Cumberland Plateau in Sewanee, TN, this peaceful retreat is near The University of the South, scenic hiking trails, and iconic spots like The Blue Chair Café and Shenanigans. Enjoy small-town charm surrounded by natural beauty.  
  
Getting Around:  
\-Your own transportation is recommended while Uber and Lyfts may be available.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\-NO SMOKING: Smoking inside the house will incur a cleaning fee of up to $150.  
  
NO PETS: Unauthorized pets will result in a $150 cleaning fee and possible eviction.  
  
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Minimum age of 18 required for booking.  
  
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No large gatherings, parties, or events are allowed.
