Cabildo III apartment is accessed via Federico Sánchez Bedoya Street nº7, but its views open entirely onto the magnificent Plaza del Cabildo, one of Seville’s most iconic and picturesque spots. It also overlooks the ancient Roman city wall, dating back to the time of Emperor Julius Caesar, a site of historical heritage.
The apartment is peaceful and quiet at all hours, and bathed in beautiful natural light throughout most of the day, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere ideal for a restful stay.
The entrance leads into a spacious hallway and then into the kitchen, which is modern, roomy, and fully equipped with everything needed. It’s semi-open to the living room, separated by a bar counter perfect for informal meals or breakfast.

Pros: Within walking distance to all major attractions; comfortable for 6 adults, good AC, quality furnishings, bedding & towels; personal host greeting was lovely; elevator for the 4th floor location appreciated
Cons: could use some maintenance on the kitchen flooring & bathroom trims & fixtures.
The location is very good. The beds are good. But the shower panel in the bath tub is too small to block the water. The floor was all wet after showering. There was a water leakage so the wooden floor in front of the kitchen were damaged and was wet one night.
This 3-Bedroom apartment is fabulous. It is only a few minutes walk to the cathedral, palace, gardens, shopping and restaurants. Perfect location. The apartment looks out over a nice small plaza. The apartment matches the description listed on VRBO. Highly recommend.
From checkin to checkout, the property managers were responsive. The apartment managed to feel set apart and quiet, in spite of its prime location in the center of Seville. Would absolutely stay here again!
Our property manager was very helpful at check in and quick to respond and replace dimmed light bulbs. Location was very clean, safe, and extremely convenient to the center of Sevilla!
The beds were comfortable, but the bathrooms were tired and theinterior woodwork chipped and in need of an update

Summer in Sevilla
The property was in a great location and was spacious. It was perfect for our family of 4 with my 23 year old daughter and 21 year old son both getting their own rooms. We enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare afternoon snacks and a washer but a dryer would have been most helpful. There was only a small drying rack available and it did not work well inside the apartment. It was difficult to wash towels and hang to dry inside.
Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great which was much needed in the August heat. The area was nice and quiet as well which we appreciated.
This apartment was as described and was in a great location (right near the cathedral but street was very quiet). The layout of the apartment worked well for our family of five - 2 adults plus three teenagers. The washing machine, Wi-Fi and the air conditioning all worked really well (there was a separate air conditioner unit in each bedroom and in the main living area). The building hallways were dark and you had to press a button to turn lights on - and appeared to be a mix of offices and residential apartments. There were no fire alarms or fire extinguisher in the unit. Unit was on a corner and so had a lot of natural light/windows in every room. Wonderful space-would stay here again.
We loved our stay at the property. The space was great, A/C worked very well, beds were comfortable. My only critique is that they did not reach out to tell us how to check in. When I emailed to ask, I was sent a number to call.
The view. The location. The service from our hosts, really was above and beyond any stay from a short term rental (our favorite way to travel and vacation) in all our stays. Cannot rave enough, especially about helpful hosts.
This apartment was perfect for our stay- a great location a block from the Cathedral; quiet building with an elevator, plenty of room for our family to enjoy daily siestas after hours of exploring Seville. The space was clean and inviting and the communication with the property manager(s) was good. Carmen met us at the building, showed us the unit and gave us recommendations on restaurants and activities. The beds were comfortable and toiletries were provided. A grocery was very close so we could get everything we needed for our stay. Overall, one of the nicer VRBO's in a major city that we've stayed in!

Location is amazing
Traveling with our two teenagers, and this was the perfect place for us. One block away from the Cathedral of Seville and the Alcazar, with everything you could need in walking distance (groceries, pharmacy, coffee, tapas, etc.) Getting to see the cathedral lit up at night is a special treat for those who stay nearby. Comfortable beds, well-stocked apartment and fabulous gelato at La Abuela. Enjoy!
