It is located in the historic center, in the central district of Arenal next to the Cathedral, The Archive of the Indies, The Alcázar, The Bullring, The Maestranza Theater, The Tower of Gold, on one side of the Guadalquivir River and in front of the Barrio de Triana. The apartment with 65m2 very bright, corner, with balconies to the street and all exterior rooms. It is distributed in fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, capsule coffee maker, kettle), large bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, sink over countertop furniture), 2 bedrooms ( one bed 150 and another one with 2 beds of 90 and wardrobes), spacious living room with cheslong sofa, flat screen TV and dining area. The apartment enjoys a privileged location in the historic center.
