It is surrounded by shops and a few minutes walk from restaurants and the main monuments (Cathedral, Real Alcázar, Metropol Parasol). The accommodation is completely renovated and has everything you need to ensure maximum comfort. It has a capacity of 4 people since it has two bedrooms with two single beds in each one. It has a spacious living room with hydraulic flooring and balconies overlooking Tetuán street, an equipped kitchen (washing machine / coffee machine / toaster) and a practical bathroom with shower. The atmosphere, modern in style, is very bright and warm, ideal for families and groups of friends. The apartment is on a third floor with no lift.
