Aire I Spectacular three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment located on Calle Aire in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood. Upon entering, you step into a spacious and bright open-plan living and dining area with an integrated kitchen. The living room features a sofa, coffee table, two chairs, and a TV, with several large windows that fill the space with natural light. The dining area has a table that seats six. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. To the right of the entrance, a hallway leads to the three bedrooms and two of the full bathrooms. Each bedroom is large and bright, furnished with two single beds pushed together (0.90 x 2 m), built-in wardrobes, and a TV. Opposite the first two bedrooms are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The third bedroom is at the end of the hallway and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and access to a small, cozy patio that adds space and natural light. The building is classic and has no elevator; the apartment is on a mezzanine floor accessed by a few steps. Next to the building, you can see remnants of large granite columns from Roman times, a testament to the rich cultural heritage of this old Jewish quarter. The area is surrounded by traditional bars serving some of the best tapas, small shops, and countless historic sites such as the Cathedral, the Alcázar, and the Giralda, all just minutes away on foot.
