### SPECTACULAR 3 BEDROOMS HOUSE, 2 PRIVATE TERRACES.
Our beautiful house is divided into 3 floors.
On the first floor we have:
\-Bedroom 1 with king size bed (1. 50m x 1. 90m)
\-Generous open plan modern kitchen dinner and lounge area which is great for family / friends entertaining and hang out together. We have brought the old walls and you can see the unique and original bricks of the house. It has a pleasant space that will make you feel at home.
\-Bathroom with a walk-in shower.
On the second floor we have:
\-Two bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 with a king size bed (1.50m x 2m) floor to ceiling balcony overlooking the famous street, Calle Castilla, table and two chairs.
Bedroom 3 which has 2 single beds (0. 90m x 2m).
\-Fully equipped bathroom with a walk in double shower.
\-Laundry cupboard with washing machine, cleaning utensils and products.
From this second floor we have access to one of the beautiful terraces from where we access to the third floor which is our gorgeous very large roof terrace, one of the amazing points of this property, the highlight! With a seating area where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest al fresco, enjoy a nice breakfast or a great dinner after visiting the city.
We will do our best for you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Seville.
Accommodation
Our beautiful house is divided into 3 floors.
\- In the first one you can enjoy 1 bedroom with a double bed.
A dining room from which we can see the Kitchen, and which, together with the original brick wall of the house, creates a unique and pleasant space that will make you feel at home.
This floor also contains a fully equipped bathroom.
\- On the second floor we have two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
On this second floor we also have a bathroom equally equipped as the previous one.
To finish with the 2nd floor, one of the attractions of the house, a beautiful terrace from which we will access the third and last floor, which is another beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest outdoors.
In it we wish you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Seville.
We will put all our attention and love to make it so.

We four adults stayed in this gem of a rental and not a detail has been overlooked! Wine and fruit upon arrival, clear instructions and many a siesta turned happy hours on the roof top terrace. A short walk over the bridge to many sites, and loads of places to eat and drink close by. Highly recommend this booking.

A beautiful, modern, clean and comfortable house in Triana district, Seviile. Magnificent roof terrace, perhaps the nicest I've ever seen. Minutes to the Triana bridge and into Seville's wonderful Old Town and the many bars and restaurants. Great communication with hosts. Highly reccommend.

#### Sensational Sevilla Stay
Samuel and Beatriz are amazing hosts. Their property is fantastic! The rooftop almost kept us from sightseeing because it's so cozy. So close to the riverwalk. We so loved the wine, bread and fruit they provided. I cant say enough positive things about this stay. More like a home than a corporate vrbo. There is a lively pub just below the property the downstairs room can hear but nothing an AC fan and white noise app cant solve. Thank you Samuel and Beatriz!

Beautiful rental with easy access to so much! My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this gem of a place! The home was conveniently located, beautifully designed, and very spacious and comfortable for a 5 night stay for me and my husband. Self check-in was easy once you figured out how to use the keys, the hosts left the home extremely welcoming for us to walk into, the kitchen had everything we needed (we stayed in and even cooked at the home one of the nights). There were two beautiful terrace options that we used frequently, and there were balconies off 2 of the rooms which was a bonus for us to enjoy the Hermandad del Rocío parade-like event outside on the street one of the mornings.The hosts thought of a lot of little things to make it feel extra home-y — gorgeous outdoor plants on the terraces, quality bedroom treatments and towels, plus all of the rooms had amazing blackout blind/shutter treatments, and modern appliances in the kitchen.The pictures show off the home appropriately, everything looked just like it did online. And we loved the neighborhood we were in. So much to do right around it and it felt like all of the major tourist sites you'd want to visit were within a 10-30 minute walk (but taxis and ubers were also very easy to get). Would highly recommend this home and the hosts.

We loved this place - it had everything you could want, including a nice fruit bowl and jams! Great set up (lots of stairs!), very comfortable. The outside decks were amazing with great space and privacy! It’s more in the “local” part of town with less shops and restaurants, but we enjoyed that too. Loved the Mercado down the street and the bar below the apartment!
