Sevillan town-house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, patio and terrace. Suitable for up to 10 guests. The use of the terrace is prohibited from 00:00 to 9:00AM, in order to not disturb the neighbours rest at night. NO reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties. Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features of Sevillian craftsmanship such as exposed brick walls, wood beamed ceilings and ceramic tile work. 150m² are distributed over three floors. On the ground floor, the entrance gives on to a central patio with a skylight, decorated with tiles made by the historic Mensaque company to half height. There is a a seating area, pleasant for summer days. On the first floor is the living room with 2 large windows facing Quintana street. It is elegantly furnished with a large sofa, 3 armchairs, central table and TV. Dining table and chairs. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included. The modern kitchen has independent access and is well equipped with utensils and main appliances for self-catering, including: fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a kitchen table and a set of chairs. The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are arranged over the three floors of the house and comprise: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed. There is a sofa-bed for 1 additional person, completing the house capacity for up to 10. The first bathroom features a large bathtub, and is opposite bedroom 1, on the first floor. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and is on the second floor with bedroom 2 and bedroom 3\. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower and is on the ground floor across the patio with bedroom 4 and bedroom 5. The house has an exceptionally sunny terrace with rooftop views on the second floor. It is decorated with plants, and furnished with a large dining table, chairs, canopy and an outdoor shower. The terrace is south facing and therefore has plenty of sun throughout the day - an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal. There is a small cupboard kitchen with a fridge next to the terrace. LATE CHECK-IN Arrivals from 9pm: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival) OBSERVATIONS Each room of the house is provided with heating and air-conditioning (except one of the bedrooms on the ground floor). LOCATION Quintana street, close to Alameda de Hércules, and 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Macarena quarter. HOUSE RULES 1- No reservations are accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties. 2- State the group's composition and relationship between people: number of adults, children and ages. 3- At the entrance you must sign an agreement with the following conditions of use: THE USE OF THE TERRACE IS PROHIBITED, FROM 0:00 TO 9:00AM, IN ORDER TO NOT DISTURB THE NEIGHBOURS REST AT NIGHT It is strictly forbidden to celebrate parties, play music, speak loudly or carry out any activity that may interrupt the rest of the other neighbors. Decor was colorful and pleasing, the layout was exciting and every room had a different, fun energy. Kitchen was a bit small, but worked fine for us. The rooftop space was perfect for happy hour, and the rooms & bathrooms were comfortable for our group. There are stairs, so if you have people with mobility issues, this place is not for you. The shared spaces (kitchen, TV room, and terrace) were all wonderful. We loved the neighborhood. Food, shopping and entertainment were all within walking distance. Sie ist gut ausgestattet mit drei Bädern, einer Küche und diversen Schlafzimmern (bis auf eines alle mit Klimaanlage) auf drei Ebenen mit einer schönen Terasse: Platz genug für uns: 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder bzw. Jugendliche. Sie liegt nahe des (für das Viertel) zentralen Platzes Alameda Hercules. Dort gibt es diverse Cafes, Tapas Bars usw., das Zentrum ist in ca. 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Auto ist wegen der engen Gassen und sehr begrenzter Parkmöglichkeiten nicht zu empfehlen; Taxis sind recht günstig. Die Agentur ist sehr flexibel, hat alles erklärt und gute Tipps zum Essen etc. gegeben, die alle unseren Geschmack getroffen haben.
