This beautiful duplex stands out for its good qualities, it has a storybook main room with a terrace where you can enjoy unforgettable days in Seville. Located on Calle Feria, which is undoubtedly one of the most emblematic and fashionable streets in the old town of Seville. With a recent reform carried out. In the apartment you will enjoy tranquility as it is very well isolated. All of Seville will be within reach on foot.   
  
It is ideal for up to 3 people as it has a master bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.35 cm by 1.90 meters and another room with 1 bed with a single bed.   
  
Please note that stairs must be climbed to the second floor. In the apartment on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a single bed, the kitchen and the bathroom. Going up to the first floor is the main room and a beautiful terrace with views of the also beautiful Feria Street.   
  
You will have the services of Seville moving, a company specialized in tourism that will facilitate everything you need during your stay.

The property was in a good location that was walkable to many different shops. There were quite a few bars in the area. The apartment was clean and had good accommodations although the twin mattress in the first bedroom was a little too firm for my liking, but overall a great apartment.

The apartment is really nice, a good size for two people. However, the bathroom is really small. The location of the apartment is really good. It is very close to restaurants, supermarkets and tourist attractions and any attractions further away are a walkable distance and there are good bus links via the 01 and C4\. The only issue I had is the lack of amenities. There was a mop stick but no mop head which made it difficult to clean up, no spare bin bags or toilet rolls. This was slightly annoying as the basics are expected to come with the apartment. I would say the communication is terrible on vrbo but they are slightly better when it comes to using WhatsApp. Overall, I would say the apartment itself and the location is good. It is definitely accessible to a lot places. The AC is amazing in the apartment during summer in Seville.
