Second bathroom toilet had a broken toilet seat. In fact, it was found in the laundry room. Multiple broken drawers and cabinet doors in the kitchen. Made it hard to access silverware and utensils. Furniture in the living room was not in the best of condition. It seemed as if the apartment was recently purchased and improvements had not yet been made.
