Enjoy all the comforts in a brand new, fully equipped apartment, WiFi, air conditioning, TV. 15 minutes walk distance from the monumental center, 5 minutes from the Triana Bridge and surrounded by all services: restaurants, fashion shops, supermarkets... just a stone's throw from any public transport that will take you to any area of the city \[hidden\] have optional paid parking for guests who need it. Two bedrooms apartment; one with a double bed and the other one with two double beds, a large living room with all the comforts, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.Located on the ground floor of the building. Our guests don't need to climb stairs. Parties and events are not allowed \- Respect the rest of the neighbors \- Leave lights and air conditioning/heating off when you are not in the apartment or when leaving the last day. \- Keys, for check out must be left on the table \- Smoking, vaping and use of electronic cigarettes is not allowed \- We need to know your arrival time in advance so that one of my team will receive you in the apartment, at the agreed time you have told us, if you have any delay you must communicate it to coordinate a new check in time that we will try to adjust depending on our work. \- Supplement 20€ for check-in after 22:00 and until 00.00H to be paid in cash at the delivery of the keys.
