Acetres I Modern and elegant fully renovated two-bedroom apartment with one bathroom and a private patio, located just a few minutes’ walk from downtown Seville. Upon entering, you will find an open-concept living room with an integrated kitchen. The living area features a sofa bed, two armchairs, Smart TV, coffee table, and two balconies with outdoor views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and includes a dining area for four. The master bedroom has a 150 x 200 cm double bed, a balcony with views, and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom offers two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and a wardrobe. The bathroom is spacious and fully equipped, with direct access to the private patio featuring an outdoor dining area to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee. The apartment is located on Acetres street, next to Cuna street, in an excellent area surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. Acetres I will make your stay in Seville an unforgettable experience.
