Studio apartment featuring a Queen size double-bed (160x200cm), dining table, flat-screen TV and a kitchen equipped with all main utensils and new appliances to prepare your own meals. The separate bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower.
The bright interiors are decorated with great attention to detail, creating a stylish and comfortable space. A double window provides an open view of the historical centre, including the Cathedral.
There is free WIFI fiber optic internet - the fastest and most reliable internet connection in Spain. Air-conditioning with cooling / heating, washing machine and dryer.
Despite its relatively small size of 37sqm, the apartment has been cleverly designed to feel spacious. It is on the 6th floor of a quiet residential building, with elevator.
The apartment is centrally located on Av. Menéndez Pelayo, at the border of Santa Cruz, near the Murillo gardens. The Cathedral is only 10 minutes' walk away - making it a great starting point to explore the city of Seville.

Great location to see the main sites of Seville. Comfortable with a nice view.
Rental process was easy and the location is great. Only downside is parking, an additional $25 per day.
