Second floor, without elevator. The apartment is distributed on 2 different levels. On the lower floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm), living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The upper floor also features a double bedroom (140 x 200cm) with direct access onto the private terrace. Plants and garden furniture, plus two deck chairs make this an ideal space for relaxing. The property is situated in a narrow pedestrian street, which is quiet and peaceful. Just a few steps away are the city centre's most popular shopping streets: Sierpes and Tetuán. Important: staircase to access the upper level not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility. Having a roof terrace was a real bonus although the stairs up to it (and the second bedroom) are not for those who are unsteady on their feet. Some aspects of the accommodation are slightly tired and there was a shortage of glasses in the cupboards. Markus very kindly let us in early as we arrived on an early flight.It was a rather 'corporate ' apartment and somehow felt a little unloved and could have done with a refresh. The only problem we had was that drains in the bathroom smelled bad but that may well have involved something to do with the whole block rather than the particular apartment.
