BRIGHT, WELL LOCATED, CLEAN, CLOSE TO AIRPORT STOP AND TRAIN STATION. NEAR TOURIST MONUMENTS AND IN THE SEVILLAN NEIGHBORHOOD. It is located on the first floor with an elevator and with 2 balconies facing the street so it is very bright. In winter it has heated beds in the foot area so that they sleep even better. It is located in the San Román area, very central. Close to all the attractions of the city and bars around. Newly renovated. All new. Exterior and very bright. Beautiful room with access to an interior patio where you can enjoy a coffee. Living room with sofa bed and new American kitchen with two magnificent balconies facing the street. Air-conditioning. Very central and well connected. Very bright in a very cozy place. Perfect to enjoy like a Sevillian!! In the living room there is a sofa bed, a dining or study table and the fully equipped kitchenette (with fridge, microwave and washing machine) to be able to cook quietly as if you were at home. It also has WIFI, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, bath gel, shampoo, and flat screen TV. Electric kettle, coffee maker, salt, sugar, toaster and designer crockery. Cleaning products... Everything for your comfort. The apartment has been decorated and is cared for with great care so that guests feel even better than at home. Everything is thoroughly cleaned. If you come by train, it is only a 15-minute walk from the Santa Justa station and if you come by plane, one of the bus stops will also leave you just 15 minutes away on foot. It is very close to the Cathedral, Giralda, Las Setas, El Alcázar, Plaza Pilatos, etc, and the Parque de Mº Luisa and the Plaza de España on foot.
