Upon entering, a spectacular hallway leads to two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x190 cm), an en-suite bathroom, and a built-in wardrobe, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. At the end of the hallway, a charming interior patio with a fountain opens into an impressive open-plan living room, filled with natural light and offering privileged views of the Royal Alcázar, the Archivo de Indias, and the Cathedral. This spacious area includes a modern fully equipped kitchen with a central island, a dining table for six, and a cozy reading and lounge zone with a chaise longue sofa, futon, and a convenient fold-out double bed for extra sleeping space.
