Just 240 meters from the Triana market, next to the famous Triana bridge, and the equally famous Betis street. Just by crossing the bridge, we are in the historic center. The accommodation is located in an old courtyard, a typical Sevillian building, with windows overlooking the interior courtyard. Dozens of flowerpots and a fountain dominate the courtyard, along with several benches where you can sit and read a book or simply listen to the running water. The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay, including an electric water heater so you don't have to worry about hot water, hygiene products, and basic kitchen items such as salt, oil, vinegar, pepper, and salt. It is located on the ground floor, as is the laundry area, shared with the other guests. You can use the washing machine and dryer as often as you like, and we provide products so you don't have to buy them. One-bedroom apartment with a double bed and a full bathroom. It is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility, making it an open-plan space. The kitchen-diner is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner during your stay. A 15-minute walk from all the tourist attractions in the historic center and 2 minutes from the famous San Jacinto Street.
