From the private rooftop patio, there is a 360• view of Seville. At night, the cathedral is beautifully lit - gorgeous! The hosts are easy to communicate with as well. The apartment was very clean and stocked with what we needed for a few days in Seville! The views from the terrace are what sold me on the apartment and did not disappoint. The bathrooms were very nice and spacious and the furniture comfortable. Even though our little street could be busy, it was incredibly quiet. Fantastic location...you can walk everywhere! It started with great communication with the property management, they accommodated our schedule and getting lost in the city! The apartment was luxury! The kitchen was sparsely equipped—no napkins, paper towels, sharp knives, etc.— and some of the furniture needed repair or replacing, especially on the rooftop patio. But having that huge outdoor space—where it was always cooler and completely quiet— made up for a lot. We ate most of our meals up there and loved listening to the cathedral bells. ##### Stuart P. It has the best location: right in the center of the historic part of the city, a few steps to the Cathedral. There are many restaurants nearby but it is super quiet at night. The view on the patio is unbeatable with an overlook of the Cathedral. We were stunned at the night scene. The condition of the apartment is impeccable: well maintained, interior up to date, super clean, with all the amenities we need. The host is friendly, accessible, and responsive. Home at Homes manages several properties and our assessment is that it is a very good organization. From the time of booking, communication was very good with Antonio, Karin, Laura to Marta meeting us at the apartment. Marta gave us a tour of the apartment and instructions for operating appliances, how to use the keys, (very secure apartment) etc. Marta also sent an email of Seville highlights. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The private rooftop balcony, accessed by stairs in the apartment, was a lovely place to have coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. The view of the cathedral is exactly as shown on the listing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well stocked with towels and linen. We were there at the end of September to the beginning of October. The weather was lovely but occasionally very hot. The air conditioner in the apartment was much appreciated! The location is perfect for walking to many sites, restaurants and shopping. You do not have to go far for eating establishments. Maccheroni’s is just outside the apartment. Great take out pizza or dine in for additional pasta dishes. Acento Social Eatery which has been highly rated, did not disappoint. A relaxing, friendly and comfortable restaurant within a 5 minute walk. Overall it was a wonderful apartment, located in great part of historic Seville. Worth noting is a little store across the street that is packed with everything you might need or forgot to bring,! ##### Joseph S.
