Upon entering the duplex, you find an open concept living room with an open kitchen. The living area consists of a sofa, coffee table, and Smart TV. The layout of this property is highlighted by the two balconies in the living room, offering views of the street. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay, and there is also a dining area. Continuing down the hallway, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed of 150 cm x 200 cm, a spacious wardrobe, two balconies overlooking the street, and an en-suite bathroom.
